All Eyes On Me 2020.

Officers are permitted to wear body cams when coming into contact with an individual, or a group of individuals, at all times. Body cams should have a live-feed support system that live-streams straight to the precinct and the attorney general's office 24/7.

Misuse of equipment: If an officer fails to turn on their body cam they will be fined $2,500. If an officer collects three fines, they will be placed on a three month suspension without pay. 

                                                 

Body-cam training: Officers will complete extensive equipment and data entry training within their first week of hire. 

Drone Police: A.I. patrol in communities of color dispositionally policed by nonwhite officers are granted $10M annually to partner law-enforcement with an A.I patrol unit. The A.I. patrol will both protect the officer and reduce the need for the officer to use deadly force with a weapon.  Each A.I. patrol unit will have the capability to shoot a non-deadly shot at a threatening individual who is placing an officer's life at risk.
