Clean Record Act 2020.

Expunging the records of nonviolent offenders and those who served. Expunging the record of all offenders after five years after their time served or probation. Expunging all arrest records once found not guilty. People of color are being hindered not only from job opportunities, but also from the inability to get things like affordable car insurance.     

Expunging records:

 

Expunging False Reports: Any individual that is arrested and found “not guilty” in court, their record should be expunged immediately.  

 Served time: If a non-violent defender has served their time completely, including probation, their record should be expunged immediately.
