The benefits of your contribution will happen rapidly; further more your donation will have the ability to;

• help someone with employment

• housing

• and food

• OMA can hire eighteen full-time employees

• make donations up to $50K to twelve nonprofits assisting those in need

• Give up to $20K in startup capital to twenty-five Black Entrepreneurs

• marketing capital for the Black Equality Package (legislation)

• office space in Monroe Louisiana, along with two safe houses

• land in Maine where we will build two safe houses 

• OMA headquarters in New Hampshire

• Three road treks

•  Office space in Manhattan

• Safe House in New York

• Office in Washington DC

• Safe House in Washington DC 

By investing in new businesses, we create more job opportunities for the Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, and allied people. We will always encourage entrepreneurs to cherish diversity within their work environment to help end racial injustices worldwide. Still, their goal is to focus on creating generational wealth for people of color by ensuring that they own the business rather than work for the companies that surround them. It’s better to work your dream as an entrepreneur then work in a company who’s dream your for filling.

OMA will also have the ability to hire eighteen employees, for which some will be management and other full-time employees with benefits.
