Founder Jestina Weems, is the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high quality vision. An exceptional leader she is an influential manager with an ability to lead and motivate all while maintaining a hands-on ability to pivot quickly when the need arises. Mrs. Weems-Rosenduft has great communication skills and takes a holistic approach in managing the OMA’s operations.
Denise Gordon
Co-founder Denise Gordon pays close attention to details and with an ability to communicate with multiple organizations on behalf of OMA to support streamlined and successful grants and sponsorships. Mrs. Gordon demonstrate an aptitude for building and managing financially strong and mutually beneficial relationships with a good understanding of developing and managing pipelines.

Financial Development Associate Evasen Pillay, employs a thoughtful, inclusive, collaborative approach to leading and managing strategic fundraising projects. Mr. Pillay serve as an integral part of the board, with a focus on supporting a comprehensive individual giving program. Evasen facilitate the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors and prospects.
Joe Jackson
Community Outreach Manager Joe Jackson is self-motivated, enthusiastic and community-driven equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to work collaboratively with OMA. As Community Outreach Manager Mr. Jackson cultivates strategic partnerships through community outreach activities, developing relationships with businesses, and individuals, and other organizations interested in supporting OMA.
Simone Lewis
Social Media Community Manager Simone Lewis is tech-savvy, active on social media, and has excellent communication skills. Simone is the voice of the brand on social media with the primary goal of growing OMA’s social media community - engaging with people online and coordinating OMA events and messages on our Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter platforms. Ms. Lewis plays a key role in amplifying OMA’s online brand voice and sharing special events and promotions with supporters online.
Michael Mosley
Volunteer coordinator Michael Mosley is an energetic, creative, flexible, and detail-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to work with and communicate effectively with OMA volunteers. Michael’s primary responsibility is recruiting and coordinating volunteers. As the Volunteer Coordinator, Michael is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating and supervising all activities for OMA’s Volunteer Program.
