Organize, Mobilize, Action(O.M.A)
O.M.A Black National Committee is a collective group of Black community builders. We provide a safe and engaging space for personal growth, self-awareness, inspiration, and learning about African and African-American culture as we grow successful Black-owned businesses worldwide.
We define ourselves as community builders because we know our people; we know our strengths. We aim to create a network between activists, artists, athletes, educators, entertainers, and healers. O.M.A is promoting the creation of relationships and initiating an exchange of ideas to build and sustain generational wealth in communities of color.
We are creative and analytical, strategic and empathetic, listeners and communicators, continually working to identify opportunities and create unique, valuable connections for Black people. Community building doesn’t mean to tell others what to do but to provide a conducive environment for a diverse group of people to create economic equality together.
We believe at our core; Black people want to share and help each other. OMA facilitates this in the most valuable way possible. Our responsibility is to convince people that community building is so much more than just superficial marketing practices. At its core, it is enabling the best part of our humanity.
